Your serial number seems wrong, we do not find your serial number from our recorder. This is the right way to read the serial number: http://www.obdexpress.co.uk/upload/pro/how-to-see-x431-diagun-serial-number.pdf, please give this serial number to us. If your right serial number still have no recorder, then it means your diagun is not bought from us. Do not worry, we will contact factory if they can produce the new software based on your serial number.
