any difference for sc48 and sc49? i see sc49 is out of stock, when it will be back stock, that price is cheaper

This SC48 includes all the function for SC49, and this SC48 includes two system: VAG and CAN OBD2

U600 connect with pc with usb cable or com cable? is it can be updated?

It is com cable. There is com cable in the package, you can see the package list. It can be updated via internet of http://www.memoscan.cn/en/download.asp.
