Hi,
I was looking for a way to ask a technical support question but it sent me here. It's a great product and works flawlessly to change the mileage. It will also allow you to back up your eeprom.
My question is how can I write that back up to another chip? I was to be able to back up my eeprom and then write the information to another eeprom. Your software doesn't seem to do that is there software that does? Thank you for a great product.

Hello Connangle,
For this bmw m35080, it needs you know how to desolder the eprom. Remove the chip from the board. Then use the cable to connect the chip with this tool, then read and write the mileage.
Best regards
Ada
