Q: I can install the
ford VCM V84 ford software successfully. Without any problem to diagnose ford cars. But when i use it to test mazda cars, it prompt:
VIN is not defined. What is wrong?
A: This is because your laptop cannot compatible this v84 software, you need to install V81 full version first. Then install V84 software. Then install V84 license.
After do these steps, then delete the "FLYMon" file just shown on photo of last question. Then this problem will be solved. For V81 software, if you meet this problem, please ask this software from us.
