MC68HC08 908 Motorola Programmer software usage problem

When i install the software on my computer, i find the software does not work, what is the problem?

When you use this MC68HC08 908 Motorola Programmer, you use USB cable to connect this one with your computer. 

Pay attention to the COM port of your computer.

When you install the software, you will find the "Tool" menu. Set the port on this menu. Please set the same one as the port of your computer (Same as the COM port as your computer).
