1, How to make your KESS V2 with unlimited tokens? Here is the way to tell you how to program the tokens program of KESS V2 chip again and again, so that the chip can be used all the time.
1) Buy one
LPC2478 chip to replace the original one for KESS V2. If your KESS V2 is the tokens recycling version, then token chip can be reprogrammed, no need to buy a new one.
2) Prepare for a LINK J-LINK V8 programmer
3) Weld the pin as the photo

2, Some customer want to know if there is the user manual for how to connect the cable with the ECU, or which cable to choose to connect with the ECU. For kess v2, after you install the software ready, it will gives you the prompt. If your car is OBD port, just use OBD cable to connect this device with your car. If it needs special tool to connect, software will prompt you:
Problem 1: When i install the software, i meet the following problem. Software is
garbled.
If you see this situation when you install the software, [OBDexpress.co.uk] do not get worried. Click the icom in the red box and go on to install the software.
Problem 2:
When i use this kess v2 to work on Polo TDI, i can use it successfully. But when i use it to work on models of Polo GTI, i cannot click the button "OK". What's wrong with this one? Here is the photo shown:
Reason: This KESS V2 cannot work on truck models. Please use it to work on cars.
Problem 3: After i install the KESS V2 software ready, when i open the software, it prompt me "Connectiong not established". Red light on KESS V2 is ON.
Problem is that one of the original software file is destroyed, you need to reinstall it again.
Solution: Keep the software you install, and then you install this installation software again.

Do the following steps in order:
1) Find "Ksuita" this file on disk C. 
And “Cut” this file to desktop. (now we call it old Ksuita folder)
2) Download the installation software to your laptop, then run it (Then it will generate another "Ksuita" folder on Disk C, we call it new Ksuita folder)
3) After you install the installation software ready, then open the old Ksuita file you cutted to desktop. Copy all files in old Ksuita folder.
4) Go to disk C, find the new Ksuita folder it generates after you install the installation software, then paste all the files of old Ksuita folder to this new one.
5) Then test your KESS V2 and tell me the result.
Problem 4: How to solve KESS V2 does not support K-line?
1) This is the 9637 chip inside the red box. Please change this chip to 9613 chip made by USA, not 9613/9637 chip made by Malaysia, Thailand, china and Taiwan and so on. Must USA.
