How to use 368A Key Cutting Duplicated Machine:
Copy of dual bead key For copy the MUL-T-LOCK key, you must use two different sets of cutter and needle. the copy method is as follows:
1) First take V type of drill and spring needle into the pivot hole respectively. ( Guide needle must be than the cutter out of about 7mm)
2) Two key blanks are clamped with clamp respectively, then slowly pass down vertical feed handle, make axis of spring and needle inside the machine itself be spring compression to guide tip in contact with the key billet surface, vertical depth adjusting knob, then turn needle up, cutting tool dropped to the point contact until key blank plane; put the handle reset, then lock up depth of the fixed button. At this point can be replicated in hole drilling, after copying the side, clamp the reverse of key blank, copy the complete order. (when you need to copy the opposite, only clamp the reverse of key blank and do not unload the original keys)
3)To unload V type of cutter and guide needle, loaded on W type of cutter and guide needle (guide needle must be thank the cutter out of about 5mm) ress the handle. Make needle touches the surface of key, then turn vertical depth adjusting knob to make the surface of cutter also touches the surface of key, reset vertical feed handle, lock vertical depth fixed button, the outside hole can be copied at this time. According to the order clamp the reverse of key blank to drill keys, copying the work is done.
