Our customer get the Launch V+, give us the serial number and usage country, after we open the software authorization, let he donwload the software to use, he tell us this launch V+ can download all the files get to "decompression succeeded", but stays there no installation is done. It should install automaticaly, When i press to return back i get "failed to get data ,Please retry". He power off the V+. After he restart the launch V+ again, software is installed ready and can test cars.
Analysis: for this launch V+, you need to pay attention to the following:
1) Open the software authorization: When you get the package, please give us your serial number, and tell us the language and country you will use this machine on. After software is opened. Then you can register and download the software.
2) When you download the software, make sure internet speed is fast. No matter you use WIFI or internet cable.
3) This V+ is very easy to download and install the software. Go to official website: www.dbscar.com. Click "Download" button, then software will be automatically download and install ready.
4) After done, restart the V+ again. Because system will be refreshed. Then you will see all software is installed ready and can use.
2.How to solve Launch X431v+ files deleted before authorization
User puzzles:
I haven’t opened the authorization but deleted the files in the Launch X431V+ pad by accident. Then the icon of X431V+ disappeared. How to solve this?
Solution:
1- open X431V plus authorization firstly

4.Reviews: Launch X431 V+ troubleshoot Range Rover air suspension problem
Launch X431 V+ working wonders. Fantastic diagnostic machine. Working on a 2004 Range Rover with both front suspensions completely deflated, along with a electrical parasitic draw on the battery. My customer disconnected the battery every evening after work, with the rear suspension sensor broken the vehicle lost all data and couldn’t calibrate its height. I manually set the height using the Launch X431 V+ by its capability of Bi-Directional control. Waiting on a new part to arrive…. Fixing the parasitic draw, my customer does not need to disconnect the battery, hopefully the front suspension will remain inflated until the new part arrives.
Let’s look at the operation on the X431 V+ tablet
Voltages for the height sensors.
Front left 3.86 and 3.69 for the other side.
The rear left 1.81, the rear right 4.52
The arm is broken. This is broken hidden, but lonely that for this is broken from the top of it.
I just set that up there. It should be roughly sign points.
You can now see that the voltage has dropped. The problem with the suspension.
I have pumped up the front manually.
And the rears I’ve got all around the sign boy. But I can’t calibrate the system until the sensor at the back is replaced.
