What should you pay attention to this service:
1) This service is only for KESS V2 sold from our company. Please take the photo for QC mark to confirm before purchaser.
2) This service only can be used for KESS V2 which QC mark is end up with 015, just like this photo
How to buy this update service:
1) Send the photo to us to confirm, email address is sales@OBDexpress.co.uk
2) After confirm, i will give you our shipping address, please use FLAT AIRMAIL to send the main unit back to us. Only main unit. Give me your tracking number and tracking website after dispatch. So that i can pay attention to this parcel and notify you when we get it.
(Attention: cheapest flat airmail for your local post office is best. DO NOT USE express shipping method like DHL, EMS, Fedex and so on. We will have problem in clear the clearance and cannot get this tool.)
3) Place the order on our website.
4) When we get it, i will notify you. We will update it and resend it to you by DHL. Update usually needs 1-2 days.
5) When you get the main unit and new software. If you want to install the V2.11 software on the same laptop which you installed the old version. Uninstall the old version COMPLETELY. Then install the new 2.11 software and use.
Shipping and delivery Attention:
Flat airmail: 7-18 working days on the way. For remote area or holiday, need more time.
DHL: For MOST non-free shipping goods, default shipping method is DHL. Need 3-5 working days on the way after dispatch the goods.

If you needs YANWEN express shipping or other shipping method like UPS, TNT, FedEx and so on, or you have special needs for your order, such as declared name and so on, please leave message on the order to notify us. Otherwise we will send the order as our usual practice.
