FoxFlash upgrade: support BWM Mini read & write (Bench/ Boot)

FoxFlash added support for BWM Mini in the upgrade patch on September 6, 2023, and now FoxFlash can execute MEVD17.2.7 Bench read/write.
The supported operations are as follows:
Bench Read
Bench Write
Boot Read
Boot Write
