Great product and professional product, very easy to use, the best thing is how perfect works!

I like the versatility and the convenience of this bidirectional scan tool. Can scan a lot of different makes and models. Would reccomend it to my friends. Way cheaper then the Snap-on scanner and can do more things then snap-on.

Great OBD2 scanner that has features of much more expensive scanners. Initially I had a problem downloading updates to this device. But eventually with patience I did it again until it finally worked. Note you must be connected to a secure router requiring a sign-in with a key or it won't work. Additionally. you must stay connected to this secure WIFI connection while using this OBD2 Scanner.

This little device is great. No more wires just plug-in open the app and you steady to go. I was hesitant to purchase from past issues with Bluetooth with other brands. But this unit feels sturdy and the Bluetooth is very responsive.

I was able to program new keys using this device. I did have to get my pin from my local Chrysler dealership but that was fairly easy, I just had to show my registration and drivers license to prove that it was my vehicle to the parts department. After that I inserted the new key and turned it to the on position and followed the prompts. The tool also was able to read several modules on my vehicle and looks like it is quite extensive in the diag programs it offers.

Excellent equipment, I have much more expensive equipment than this one and they do not have functions like this, I highly recommend it, you will not regret the purchase, I assure you
