Bonjour, J'ai acheté un AL619 chez vous, et en téléchargeant la mise à jour, le logiciel autel pc suit, s'arrête de télécharger en plein milieu du processus, et ceci à chaque fois. Depuis lorsque je consulte l'écran de mon appareil, je m'aperçois qu'il n'y a plus d'icône de travail. Tout a disparu. Pourriez vous contacter AUTEL, afin qu'il vérifie que tous les droits me sont bien attribuer?

G'day, I live in Cairns Qld and have recently brought a 2000 Subaru Outback Limited. My car has a Diagnostic plug but no one can can tell me what type of OBD system my car runs. Will the Autel AL619 work with my car? I like all the features this unit offers and that it can be updated but if there is a more suitable unit for this car I will purchase that instead. AL619 support Subaru. If your car is the standard 16 pin diagnostic port, then can use AL619 to diagnose.

Yes. When you get the tool, give me your serial number, we ask Autel company to open the german language for you. After you go to official website and download and install the latest germany software to your machine, then it will become german.

Je reçois votre numéro de série maintenant. Je vais l'envoyer à la société Autel de demander leur ouvrent l'autorisation de la langue française pour vous. Habituellement, ce sera fait dans les 1 jours. Après faire, vous devez aller sur le site officiel pour télécharger la dernière langue française pour l'installer sur votre machine, alors votre machine va changer de langue française.
