This is my second purchase of a Launch scanner within a month. There is a slight learning curve. For the last six days, I've been becoming more amazed at the powerful capabilities of this tool. This tool is easily usable by the basic skill level mechanic. However, the professional tech will find it to be the center of his toolbox, the first thing he grabs when servicing vehicles! I keep it with me because I'm constantly learning more of it's features. What I don't know about it can be found in tutorials that, with a bit of time, you can learn to navigate to. Don't be shy. Explore all the menus. That's what I've been doing. I've been able to find answers to many of the questions posted online about this device by doing so. Some features are not explicitly written out, but are there. The tech team are constantly update file to increase the understanding and functionality of this device. Even though the support team is overseas, they respond to my inquiries within 24 hours. I've owned Snap-on, Matco, OTC, Genisys and many other brands of testers. After almost a week of use, this is the only one that has kept me excited. Never been more satisfied with a scanner. We see and repair EVERYTHING here. This tool is a Godsend!
NOTE: This unit is expandable! You can by accessories to make it an oscilloscope, battery tester, borescope, etc. The software is already in there!

This scanner is great for professional diagnostics. It performs plenty of advanced functions including programming uncoded modules for Mercedes-BenzBMw, matching precise component,and offering 99% maintenance services.
Easy to use with smoother operation, and I tested some of cars. Almost all operation were well done by this launch scan tool.
Worked no problem for VAG vehicles: VW and Audi, offering coding functions for airbag system as stated. This launch scanner did initial startup for air conditioning system and fixed codes after replace part of vehicles. Topology map function found completely fault codes for all vehicle modules and troubleshot the root cause. Very easy to use.
This is my 3th diagnostic tool and it did more than Snap-on tool but cost ess. Great for the money. It's the best choice for professional automotive repair workshop.

Super scanner. I use launch x431 pad7 to diagnose both cars and trucks, with a set of adapters for trucks. I bought a set of adapters for trucks separately. I am 100 percent satisfied with the product.

I bought 3 Launch devices, and I like the products of this company very much. I bought PAD 7 mainly for remote use.

This scanner is satisfactory to me. It is much better than the diagnostic instrument I used before. Many types of vehicles cannot be recognized before.
But PAD 7 will not be like this. I have tried many cars and they all work well.

I got it yesterday, and there is no problem with the accessories after opening the box. I haven't had time to use it, but it looks cool, so give it a rating of 5☆

I have used many diagnostic tools, this is the most expensive one I bought. I am very satisfied with it, and its DPF function impressed me.

It is a great tool, I use it for work on BMW G30, Hyundai elantra, Toyota corolla. Smartlink is good to use.
