Hello Fokeera,
This one only is the main unit and the OBD2 cables, not the full package. This one does not need to work together with computer, you can use it along. For the main unit, it has the full software that work on the different cars. But it only has one OBD2 cable, for many other cars, it needs to use other cables to work on.
Price for this one is 171 EUR. Which country you want we send the package to? To Germany, shipping cost is 28.2 EUR.
