A: Your antivirus software destroy the software opelLoader. Please uninstall the antivirus software and reinstall the software again, or find a clean laptop to install the software. Before sending out, we will test the software and hardware. Now we use your ID to make the new software and install it on clean laptop. install the software successfully. Please do as what i told.
