When i install the software of Powergate V3.86, i meet "No dongle found" problem, which is as the picture shown. What should i do?
Your problem maybe caused by the following three reasons:
1) Your software.
Please download the software from this page, and reinatall it on your computer. Please pay attention, the computer must be XP operating system, and close/uninstall the unti-virse software.
2) You do not plug in the dongle or your USB port has problem.
3) There is something wrong with your dongle.
