TOYOTA Intelligent Tester IT2 question and solution

Part 1: As there are 3 kind of Toyota intelligent tester it2, two has Oscilloscope function, one does not, how i can distinguish if they has the function or not?
Toyota intelligent tester it2 B and C has Oscilloscope function. D does not have. How to know this function? Here is the detailed information:
When you start the device, choose this one:
After do that, you will see this menu, then this device has Oscilloscope function.
Otherwise, you will see this menu:
Then this device does not have Oscilloscope function.
Part 2: After i connect the IT2 with my car, when i power on the machine, it stay on this interface, when i click the button, it will not give any response except for the sound when i touch the screen. just stay there. Indicate light on the main unit is not on. Is it dead?
Solution: Do not click very fast after you power on the machine. You need to calibrate the screen. Save the card data to your PC. Then copy the calibration program to your card. Then copy the card data to card again.
