A. 365 days is a period and the price is USD600 per period. One year period starts from the day of the trial period finished.

Part 1:How to add BYD smard key
If you add key for BYD, K518ISE won't ask for Pin code.
If you program new keys when all keys lost, it requires 16-bit pin code, and if you need to change IK box, please ensure you have,15-bit repair code at the same time. For the 16-bit pin code, read out the key data and go for BYD service center to calculate. Procedure: Open K518ISE, click on IMMO -> BYD-> smart key-> G3- read key data, put the original new key close to the Start button and follow the prompt the read out the key data then send it to the professional locksmith or BYD service center. After that you use the pin code to program new key.

Part 2:How to use Lonsdor K518ISEto program BMW FEM BDC key?
Lonsdor K518ISE can program BMW FEM BDC key by dismantling FEM module instead of OBD, but the BMW-FEM/BDC is updated for free, no more charge for the authorization or update, no more token...
Three steps: read key info–>pre-process FEM/BDC system–>make a dealer key
In details…
Step 1: read key info
MUST read key information first
Step 2: pre-process FEM/BDC system
MUST DISCONNECT THE BATTERY
1: OBD back up original coding data:
On the car or test platform, connect to FEM/BDC system, then back up original back up coding files
2: read out EEPROM backup data & generate a service-mode EEPROM:
-> Disassemble FEM/BDC module, find out chip 95128 or 95256, read EEPROM data using a ECU programming tool: VVDI-Prog,
Orange5 and the like;
->Copy the EEPROM data into to the Lonsdor K518ISE customfile folder;
->Run the program, read original EEPROM data and generate a service-mode EEPROM, upload data of the service-mode EEPROM, write it into chip 95128 or 95256 with help of a ECU programmer
->Restore FEM/BDC system, supply battery to the car and connect
3: programming
->This step need to be done on the BMW FEM/BDC test platform;
->Make sure that Step 1 & 2 is finished
->Connect FEM/BDC system to power supply and connect
4: restore EEPROM data
-> disassemble FEM/BDC module, write original EEPROM data (Step 2) into chip 95128/95256
-> restore FEM/BDC system, connect to OBD
5: restore coding data
-> load the backup coding files (Step 1), restore coding information
6: pre-processing is complete.
Step 3: make a dealer key
1: Lonsdor K518ISE read out data, select the will-be key position
2: a “used”key to make a dealer key
All keys lost: enter 32bit ISN codes to make a dealer key
3: put the key near the car immo induction loop
4: detect the original key, read out immo data
5: put a new key near the car immo induction loop
6: detect the key key, key learn (don’t move the key, keep stable)
7: key learn is complete
Step 4: disable the key
1: Lonsdor K518ISE read out data, select the key ID position to disable
2: put a “used” key near the car induction loop
3: K518ISE system tries to connect to CAS, disable the key with current ID position, disable key successfully
Step 5: enable the key
1: Lonsdor K518ISE read out data, select the key ID position to enable
2: put a “used” key near the car induction loop
3: K518ISE system tries to connect to CAS, enable the key with current ID position, enable key successfully
Step 6: delete the key
1: K518ISE read out data, select the key ID position to delete
2: read FEM/BDC key password
3: delete the key successfully; the key position is blank
THE MOST IMPOERTAN T IPS
1: You must read key info before everything you’ll do
2: to pre-process FEM/BDC, you should pay attention to:
– backup coding codes to continue
– disconnect to the power supply/battery, have a ECU programmer to read EEPROM data, up load data in K518 customfile folder, read new EEPROM data loaded just now, generate service-mode EEPROM data, read service-mode EEPROM data, write data into the chip, install CPU on the car
– ECU programming: need 6 min, with power supply connected
– disconnect to the power supply, disassemble CPU, write the original EEPROM data into the chip, install CPU on the car, connect to the power supply, make sure communicate is successful
– upload coding files (Step 1), restore original coding info to pre-process, then make a dealer key
3: 32bit ISN codes is required to program a new key when ALL KEYS ARE LOST

Note: This service center is now specific to the following 3 car brands: VOLVO, MASERATI, FERRARI
Step 1：Input user account and password to enter.
Note: The account and password must be the one when you registered our device

Choose the key type that you want to transfer data (say ”Key(straight)”, which refers to common keys like S40、C30、C70, etc.）
Step 5: Data conversion operation

Upload the right EEPROM(2) first, and then upload the left EEPROM(1) data.

Submit data.
Step 6:
Once submit the data, the system will calculate data and refresh automatically, until the final result shows.
Note: If the data is misplaced, or the data is incorrect, the conversion will fail.

Lonsdor had some updates in December so I decided to try it this week. I used in on three cars and all three successfully coded. First Car a 2005 Megan card key done within 1 minute, second a 2010 Zafira completed with 1 minute and finally a 2017 ford fiesta smart key completed within a minute. As said earlier the fact that it's running off an android based OS this device has a lot of potentials. I can safely say I have completed 7 jobs with the device so it's paid for itself. Although I have other tools that could have done these Jobs I look fwd to future updates so we can have more success on VAG immo 4 and 5.

The Lonsdor does much more then my MVPP M8 clone or any other china tool I own. The english version of this tool has been out for 2 months and its filed gaps and saved me from using AD tokens. I bought it for FEM which works and I put a value of $500 for that feature. Volvo cars which only VIDA could do, I put another $500 value on that. For a tool costing $1300 you get all of the same over lap of coverage on you basic china tool but then there are things which make it unique. No tokens and free updates and the ability to do these cars and more for essentially $300 more.

Q: Does Lonsdor key programmer support Spanish?
A: No, OBD2 key Programmer Lonsdor K518 is the Chinese version. K518 supports English (K518ISE) and Thai (K518THA) language. One machine one language, cannot exchange within the machine.
Q: Does lonsodr k518ise key programmer need tokens?
A: No, it does not need token. It’s not a token tool.
Q: How to register the k518 machine?
A: For new user, click Registration, input user name(email), name(min 2 char), password(min 6 char), email verification code and click YES to complete registration(if interrupted after registration is done, you will go to the System update–Registered user to proceed). Then go to Activation confirmation to continue.
After confirming activation, it will enter into Setup password interface, please set 6-digit numbers as your startup password. Then after information verification by Lonsdor (5-30 minutes, you can check the progress by clicking “Refresh” ), you will required to re-enter the password to verify, when you get the notification that verification successful, the whole process before using the device is complete.
Q: Is it upgradeable and how to update?
A: Enable network connection, the system will automatically update to the latest version.
Q: Without an Internet connection, all the functions work?
A: When you generate key for Toyota smart keys lost, you have to connect internet.
When you update, you need connect internet.
The other models work without internet connection.
Q: the Internet connection will work for 1 year? And then users need to buy again the option?
A: update by internet connection for free lifetime
Only the option that our engineer pay too much energy and cost to develop, that will charge again, so far all update are free.
Q: The SKE-LT smart key emulator is used once?
A: No, these SKE-LT smart key emulator can be used for many times. Once you generate key success, turn on the switch on the emulator unit for 3 times, data will be automatically erased.
(Note: If you failed to program key with the emulator, you properly do not clear the data restored.)
Q: KPROG is not for all cars?
A: used to program MCU and EEPROM on ECU circuit board.
Q: Will it read pin code on US sold Hyundai and kia smart system?
A: K518 can work on Hyundai and kia smart system with 47, 8A chip. For 46 chip, you have to collect the copy password first then calculate the pin code.
Q: Will K518ISE program 2017 Ford Escape smart key?
A: 2017 Ford Escape smart key works on 49 chip.
Q: Did you have to do CEM′s and KVM′s dismantling and reading first if want to program Volvo V40 smart key?
A: Yes. Need to remove CEM and KVM to read first.
Q: Will k518 work on 2007 dodge ram?
A: Lonsdor K518ISE supports Dodge RAM1500 and Journey models only at present.

A: Sorry, Lonsdor K518 cannot program CAS3+ all keys lost.

A: No, it cannot. You can choose to use CGDI Prog BMW or other tools.
