When you use this tool to make keys, it will pops up the outcode. According to the outcode, you can calculate the incode and make the compatible key. This tool calculates the incode based on the outcode. SW dongle is the softdog which shape looks like U disk, it can decipher the software. 2000 tokens means you can use it for 2000 times.

After receiving the WS Dongle(USB Key, you connect WS Dongle(USB Key) with your computer USB com port and then run the software driver, once finish setup, it’s ready to calculate the incode with outcode.
