Xhorse VVDI Pad read MED17.5.25 error, any suggestion?

Problem: I can't use VVDI Key Tool Plus to read VW med17.5.25 ecu, I get timeout error message,  any ideas what could be wrong?

Look at the images below on the ECU info and error message:

Possible Reason and Solution:

1. Probably bad protocol. Send Xhorse dumps from tuning tool and they can get you cs etc.
2. Try with Ktag, with ktag you will need to open the ecu.

1) Reworked Ktag test report:

It is working with reworked Ktag, but sometimes you need read ECU like MED17.5.21

2) Clone Ktag report:

It worked for me. One friend use the diagram from MED17.5.25 but the protocol from MED17.5.21, so he reported not working.

Check : Use Ktag to remap 2010 Golf GTI MK6 with Bosch MED17.5 ECU.

3. PCMFlash ori + module 71 test report:

PCMFlash ori + module 71 is tested working fine, but cost much more.

Good to know:

Bench Mode maybe Not possible because no tp20
